Q: Where are the products shipped from?

A: All our products are shipped from within the EU. To cut down on overheads we maintain warehouses in the UK, Sweden and Poland. All our products are shipped directly from our warehouses in either the UK, Sweden or Poland, all located in the EU. We do Not resort to unethical methods such as shipping from the Far East where our customers are subject to both High VAT and Duty fees as well as other expensive formalities such as obtaining a CO (Certificate of Origin) in order to clear their goods from customs.

Q: Is there any duty or customs formalities involved?

A: For products purchased from anywhere inside the EU, there is absolutely no duty, customs or VAT involved.
Although we ship anywhere in the world, for products shipped outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any duty imposed by the respective countries' customs. As a general rule of thumb customers from the US or Canada are almost never subject to any forms of duty. For most other countries, you can email us any special shipping instructions that you might have and we'll be glad to help out to the best of our abilities.
