What are Loyalty Points?: Loyalty Points is a virtual reward system for our loyal Customers.
How can I obtain Loyalty Points?: First of all, you need to create an account at w01ch.com.

There are three ways of obtaining Loyalty Points:
1. As a gift you receive 50 Loyalty Points upon registration. You can redeem these points immediately with your first purchase itself.
2. Everytime you make a purchase you get new points based on the value of your order.
3. Refer any of your friends and any time they make a purchase you get 50 points each.
How much is a Loyalty Point worth?: Everytime you make a purchase you automaticaly receive Loyalty Points, amount of which is based on the value of your order. Currently you can receive 1 point per 1 Euro spent.
When you decide to redeem your points you get a discount of 1 Euro for every 50 points redeemed.
