Q: Where are the products shipped from?
A: All our products are shipped from within the EU. To cut down on overheads we maintain warehouses in the UK, Sweden and Poland. All our products are shipped directly from our warehouses in either the UK, Sweden or Poland, all located in the EU. We do Not resort to unethical methods such as shipping from the Far East where our customers are subject to both High VAT and Duty fees as well as other expensive formalities such as obtaining a CO (Certificate of Origin) in order to clear their goods from customs.Q: Is there any duty or customs formalities involved?
A: For products purchased from anywhere inside the EU, there is absolutely no duty, customs or VAT involved. Although we ship anywhere in the world, for products shipped outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any duty imposed by the respective countries' customs. As a general rule of thumb customers from the US or Canada are almost never subject to any forms of duty. For most other countries, you can email us any special shipping instructions that you might have and we'll be glad to help out to the best of our abilities.Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept almost every form of major credit or debit card including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club and JCB. We can also accept payments through Paypal and Moneybookers. We also accept iBan money transfers from within the EU in EUR, USD or GBP.Q: Are your products authentic?
A: Of course! We guarantee that every watch we sell is 100% original /authentic. Everything we sell is brand new and comes packaged in the full manufacturers original packaging along with its manuals and warrantee card.Q: Are your products refurnished / remanufactured?
A: No. We never sell refurbished or remanufactured products since such products are well known to have a high degree of flaws.Q: How can I tell if an item is in stock?
A: Our website is continuously updated to reflect only the products which are in stock so if it’s available for purchase on the site, it’s in stock. In the event of an item being out of stock, out system is geared to not let you purchase it. In such a case, please email us your desire to purchase the watch and we'll try our best to get it back in stock on an expedited basis. We also have a Coming soon section on the site that shows watches that we intend to carry in the near future.Q: I can't find on your website the product that I wanted. Will you have it in stock again?
A: Due to the nature of our business, it is not always possible to reorder our stock. Thus if you found a product that you like, please expedite your buying decision, so as not to lose out on the deal.
Q: What method of shipping do you use?
A: We determine the best possible method of shipping based on product price, weight and destination. All products are shipped with insurance either via Priority mail or through one of the courier companies we use.Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order?
A: This will vary greatly depending upon your location. We generally ship out the orders within 48 hrs of receipt of the order. As a general rule, your orders to the EU can take upto 7 days. Orders to most other countries can take between 1-2 weeks to reach you. Please contact us in case you have not received your order in time and we'll try our best to either track your order or assist you in any other way. Although orders to certain countries might take a little longer than anticipated (usually due to customs formalities), you can rest assured that you shall receive your order.Q: Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
A: We use external processors to process all credit cards. These are professional credit card processing companies with state of the art SSL security to protect your data. Your credit card details are never stored on our systems and we have no way of accessing your card information making this a very secure method of payment. A: Yes, all our watches come with the full manufacturers warrantee and covers mechanical defects of the watch. External damage to the watch caused by the user are usually not covered under any manufacturer warrantees. This is the standard warrantee policy offered by almost all manufacturers in the world.Q: What if I receive a damaged product?
A: In the unlikely event that the watch you receive is defective in any way, please inform us by clicking here, we will be glad to exchange it for a new one.Q: What is your return policy?

A: Please indulge us in letting us explain a few factors, since this is a very big worry for a lot of people shopping online.1. Kindly look around this site. A site such as this costs well over EUR 100,000 to build and stock. Noone would go through the trouble to do that to steal a few hundred EUR from a few clients.

In the almost impossible event that a shipment does get lost in transit, the EU has laws in place that in case the recipient does not receive a shipment within a certain period, we can file a complaint with the postal service and either refund you your money or send you out a replacement watch.
