- We only sell authentic watches: we do not sell any replicas, fakes or copies. Every watch we sell is guaranteed to be authentic and comes with the full manufacturers warranty.
- Shipping & Delivery
- All products are shipped from within the European Union and all prices include VAT. Customers within the EU are not liable for any customs formalities, duty or VAT when buying from us.
Customers will be given an estimated date of dispatch when placing orders. If these dates are exceeded the company will endeavor to keep customers informed of the delay and an expected new delivery date.
Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and the company shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. - Privacy & Security
- We employ security measures to protect your information from access by unauthorised persons and against unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction and damage. We will retain your information for a reasonable period or as long as the law requires.
We Do NOT collect, or even have access to your Credit Card information. We hire out specialized Credit Card processing companies for this.
You should be aware, that if we are requested by the Police, or any other regulatory or government authority investigating suspected illegal activities, to provide your Personal Information and/or User Information, we are entitled do so. - Returns & Replacements
- The seller warrants that the goods will at the time of delivery correspond to the description given by the seller. Almost all of our items come with a manufacturer's warranty, If you wish to return any faulty item you receive on delivery, you must first contact our Customer Service Department and receive confirmation that it is possible to return the items. After 10 days (when applicable) you must use the manufacturer\'s warranty provided.
We are certain that you will be delighted with your purchase. However in the unlikely event that you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return it to us within 10 days for a full refund or exchange. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. These terms do not affect your statutory rights. - Ordering
- No order resulting from any quotation, pro-forma invoice, price list or other similar document made or issued by Edgeless Imports shall be binding unless and until it is accepted by the company. The company at its absolute discretion may accept or reject any order whether on account of the items being no longer available or for any other reason whatsoever.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Every quotation, pro-forma invoice, price list or other similar document made or issued by Edgeless Imports, on behalf of w01ch.com is made or issued subject to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. These terms and conditions do not affect consumers' statutory rights as contained in current legislation governing the relationship between consumers and businesses.
Edgeless Imports normal terms of business are for all payments to be made prior to dispatch of goods. The contract will therefore be deemed as active once payment has been received by the company. - Updating Account Information
- w01ch.com collects user information by member registration and watches order processing. This information includes name, email address, postal address and phone number, and assists us in processing your order. You can update your personal information any time you wish.
